Download access follows a successful checkout.
Thirty North products are digital ZIP files. No physical shipment, recurring subscription, or account-based hosted service is included.
Delivery method and timing
After the checkout provider confirms a successful payment, it normally displays or emails a download link to the address entered at checkout. The exact product filename and version are shown on the product page and receipt.
Delivery is normally immediate. If access has not arrived within 30 minutes, check spam and the address used at checkout, then contact support with the order ID. A provider outage, fraud review, or incorrect email address can delay access.
Access and compatibility
Download and fully extract every ZIP before opening its contents. The PDF workbook needs a PDF viewer that saves form fields. The offline workspace needs a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari and all included files kept in one folder.
Keep the original receipt and your own backup of the delivered archive. Browser-local records and workspace exports are not automatically encrypted, synchronized, or backed up.
Delivery problem
Contact support@thirtynorthgst.ca with the order ID, product filename, browser or PDF viewer, operating system, and exact error. Do not attach sensitive tax or client records. If usable delivery cannot be restored, the refund and remedy policy applies.
