Your tracker records stay on your device.
This notice explains how Technologies Toufic Hajj Inc., the Québec corporation behind Thirty North, handles personal information through this website, digital checkout, delivery, and support.
Accountability and contact
The Privacy Officer is the person holding the highest authority in Technologies Toufic Hajj Inc., unless that function is delegated in writing. Privacy questions, access or correction requests, and complaints can be sent to support@thirtynorthgst.ca. Reasonable identity verification may be required.
Public privacy contact: Privacy Officer · support@thirtynorthgst.ca. This site does not publish a personal home address or private telephone number.
Free tracker and delivered workspace
Supply rows entered in the free tracker are stored in local browser storage and are not uploaded by the tracker. The delivered workspace also runs locally after extraction and attempts to save in the browser profile on that device.
Browser sync, device backup, antivirus, shared profiles, operating systems, or cloud folders may process local data independently. Local or offline operation does not guarantee encryption, confidentiality, recovery, or security. Use the export and backup controls and protect the resulting files.
Website and optional analytics
Hosting, DNS, and network providers may process technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser, device, security signal, and diagnostic log to deliver and protect the site.
Google Analytics loads only if a valid measurement ID is configured and the visitor chooses Allow analytics. If allowed, Google can process page views, approximate location, device and browser data, referral source, and interaction events. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. The visitor can reopen Analytics choices and withdraw consent.
Checkout, delivery, and support
Lemon Squeezy (Link LLC) is the active merchant of record and independently processes checkout, billing, transaction tax, fraud-prevention, payment, receipt, delivery, refund, and chargeback information under its own privacy notice. Thirty North does not need or request full payment-card numbers.
Thirty North may receive the buyer’s name and email, billing country or region, product, amount, currency, tax, order ID, payment and refund status, download status, and support messages so it can reconcile the order, deliver the correct version, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and meet accounting or legal duties.
Use, disclosure, and transfers
Personal information is used only for the stated transaction, delivery, support, security, accounting, legal, and consented analytics purposes. It is not sold. It may be disclosed to the active checkout, email, hosting, DNS, analytics, bookkeeping, legal, or professional-service providers only as needed, or when required by law.
Some providers may process information outside Québec or Canada, where local authorities and laws may apply. Provider terms, privacy notices, safeguards, and locations are reviewed before use and after material provider changes.
Retention and security
Order, payout, tax, and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law, generally at least six years for relevant Canadian business records. Routine support messages are targeted for deletion or de-identification 24 months after the request is closed unless an order dispute, security issue, consent record, or legal duty requires longer retention. Analytics retention follows the configured analytics account and must be documented before activation.
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used in proportion to the information, including limited account access, multi-factor authentication where available, provider access controls, backups, updates, and incident handling. No system is guaranteed secure. Confidentiality incidents are assessed, recorded, and reported when applicable law requires it.
Access, correction, withdrawal, and complaints
A person may ask about personal information held directly by Thirty North and request access or correction, subject to lawful exceptions. Consent may be withdrawn for optional analytics through Analytics choices. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may affect an optional feature.
Send a clear request to the contact above. If the response does not resolve a Québec privacy concern, a person may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. This notice will be updated before a material new collection or provider use.
