One purchase. One internal-use licence.
These terms apply to Thirty North digital products published by Technologies Toufic Hajj Inc. and sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. They must be read with the product description and the refund, delivery, privacy, and checkout-provider terms presented before payment.
Products, price, and contract
Products are one-time digital downloads priced in Canadian dollars. The checkout page must show the product, price, taxes or other charges, total, currency, payment terms, delivery method and timing, restrictions, seller and provider identity, and applicable policies before the customer submits an order.
The provider receipt and these retainable pages form the transaction record. Lemon Squeezy presents the order for review and gives the buyer an opportunity to correct or decline it before payment.
Personal-use licence
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered version for the internal records of one individual or one business the purchaser owns or controls. Completed workbooks, exports, or printed reviews may be shared with the purchaser’s accountants, lawyers, tax advisers, or public authorities for that internal purpose.
The purchaser may not redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, rent, host for third parties, remove ownership notices, or use the files or substantially similar copies to create a competing product or service.
Educational scope
The products organize user-entered facts and calculations. They are not tax, accounting, legal, investment, privacy, accessibility, or information-security advice. They do not classify a supply, determine residence, place of supply, zero-rating, registration liability, an effective date, or a filing position; register a business; file a return; provide a ruling; or guarantee compliance, savings, audit protection, or income.
The purchaser is responsible for inputs, classifications, current official sources, device security, backups, and qualified advice before a material decision. Only the delivered version is included; future updates, hosted services, and individual advice are not included unless expressly stated before purchase.
Mandatory rights and governing rules
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a remedy, warranty, cancellation right, privacy right, language right, or other protection that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
For Québec consumers, Québec’s mandatory consumer-protection rules continue to apply. A provider’s buyer terms may also govern the payment transaction, but they do not displace rights that cannot legally be waived.
