Thirty North Quarterly Review Workspace — Offline Browser Tool
Run a documented GST/HST threshold review on your device at quarter-end and before a material invoice.
Overview
The Thirty North Quarterly Review Workspace helps Canadian service freelancers turn scattered threshold notes into a repeatable, dated review. Extract the download, open index.html in a current browser, and keep the product files together.
Record one reviewed row per consideration part that shares a due or payment date. The workspace organizes gross Canadian-dollar consideration, user-entered classifications, fixed calendar-quarter and completed-quarter-window totals, foreign-currency evidence, unresolved sensitivity, and quarterly sign-offs. You can save a JSON backup, export CSV, and print a review record for your own files or adviser discussion.
Calculations run offline after extraction. The workspace attempts to store data in that browser profile on that device; browser storage can vary and is not a backup or security guarantee. The tool does not classify supplies, determine residence or place of supply, register a business, prepare a return, or determine registration liability.

Who this is—and is not—for
Best fit
- Canadian service freelancers who want a repeatable quarterly workflow
- Buyers who prefer device-local records over an account-based cloud app
- People tracking foreign-currency evidence and processor deductions
- Buyers who want a portable record for their books or adviser
Not a fit
- Someone who needs the tool to decide tax treatment
- A team needing real-time collaboration or multi-user access
- A buyer who cannot maintain device security and independent backups
- A firm that wants to host or redistribute the workspace for clients
Before you start
- Extract the entire ZIP into one folder; do not open the workspace from inside a ZIP preview.
- Keep index.html, styles.css, calculations.cjs, and app.js together.
- Open index.html in a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari.
- Maintain device protection and independent JSON backups. Official-source links require internet access.
Version and licence
For the internal records of one individual or one business the purchaser owns or controls. Exports or printed reviews may be shared with professional advisers for that internal purpose; the workspace itself may not be redistributed, sold, published, sublicensed, rented, or hosted for third parties.
